Another system unique to FSM, it was designed and developed at the request of one of South Africa’s leading construction company. This unit only comes in 1 of 2 design options and can be erected within 4 minutes with the assistance of a crane, this is thanks to the carefully engineered hinged wall panels which are quickly locked into place by hand. The roof shell is used to protect the unit in its folded format and used as the roof in the constructed format. An additional advantage of the Folding Unit is that they are stackable in their folded form creating huge cost savings when transporting or storing them.
