Polycore Building System / Polycore FR

An extremely cost effective building system that uses a sandwich panel with chromadek and various options of insulating materials such as polystyrene, polyurethane and Rockwool as the core for the wall construction. An option of three different roofing solutions is available for this system – our experienced staff will recommend which solution is best suited for your requirements. This system is supplied in knock down form and is erected on site either on a concrete floor slab or on a bolted steel chassis.

The FR Polycore System is based on our Polycore Building System but has a 30 minute rating and holds an Agrément Certification. The 30 minute fire rating is achieved by inserting a Magnesium Oxide Board within the construction of the sandwich panel. We are one of the few companies that are able to do this, allowing for a chromadek / chromadek finish to both inside and outside of the building giving you a maintenance free solution for many years!
